Kal-Max Case Stretching Jig

BPC Shooters, are your cases too short for your chamber dimensions? Rather than buy new brass, stretch you existing Remington, Bell, Winchester and/or Starline brass to meet your needs.

The Kal-Max Case Stretcher was invented by Mr. Chuck Maxwell and developed by KAL Tool & Die. Together, we have come up with a simple and ingenious tool to Stretch your short cases. All parts are of the highest quality, laser cut and/or CNC machined. A hardened Draw bushing and a D2 Tool Steel punch will offer ample service life.

 This hydraulically operated Case-Stretcher is basic in construction and easy to use. Simple adjustments allow the user to vary the amount of Stretch or Draw required, up to a maximum of approximately 0.100. The KMCSJ will work on most straight walled, rimmed cases up to 3 1/4" long.

The tool is configured to use the 4-ton Porto-Power hydraulic tool set from Blackhawk Automotive. However, it will accept other makers hydraulic cylinders having a similar 7/8 diameter ram.

Both Drawing & Stripping operations are preformed hydraulically. A 4-ton unit is sufficiently powerful, but the KMCSJ can be configured (at extra cost) to use a 10-ton unit if desired.
